Terms, Privacy & Refunds

1. What Falcon is. Falcon is an invite-only TradingView indicator for MNQ futures. It prints trade tickets — direction, entry, contracts, target, stop — and sends alerts. It is an information tool.

2. What Falcon is not. Falcon is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and not a money-management service. It never places orders or touches your brokerage account. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own risk. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; you can lose more than you deposit.

3. Performance. Backtest results, live-window results, and the account simulator are historical or modeled figures. They do not guarantee, and are not a promise of, future results.

4. Access. Access is granted to one TradingView username per subscription, normally within a few hours of confirmation. You are responsible for submitting the correct username. Sharing, reselling, or attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, or republish the indicator or its output ends your access without refund.

5. Billing. The subscription is $99/month. Card payments (via Lemon Squeezy) renew automatically each month until you cancel. Crypto payments (via NOWPayments) do not auto-renew — you'll receive a payment link before each period ends. Cancel anytime; access always runs to the end of the period you paid for.

6. The free week. One free trial week per person and per TradingView username. No payment details are required for it. We may decline or end trials that abuse this (duplicate accounts, sharing).

7. Service changes. We may update the indicator's logic, alerts, or these terms; material changes are announced by email. If TradingView's platform or data feeds are unavailable, alerts can be delayed or missed — plan for that possibility.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.

What we collect. Your email address and TradingView username — that's the whole list. No names, no addresses, no tracking pixels, no ad cookies.

What we use it for. Granting and managing indicator access, subscription and renewal emails, and service announcements. Nothing else. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Payments. Card details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and crypto payments directly to NOWPayments — we never see or store payment credentials. Each processor's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Deletion. Email us from your subscription address and we'll delete your records within 30 days (billing records are kept where the law requires).

The policy: evaluate first, pay after. Your first week is free, with full access — the live strikes, the complete historical record, bar replay. You only ever pay after you've watched Falcon work on your own chart. Because of that, paid months are not refunded.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime — card subscriptions from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in every receipt, crypto simply by not paying the next invoice. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for; no partial-month refunds.

The exception. If we fail to deliver access — wrong-username mixups we can't resolve, or the service is down for a substantial part of your month — we'll refund or extend that month. Just email us.
